With this sketch I started to define some of the program spaces inside my final concept model. providing very nice views of the river, the bridge, and the city from major spaces such as the gym, one of the terraces, the cafeteria, and the media room.
This is a great beginning taking your concept into a structure. Using the site and the context work on floor plans and continue the sections in scale. The relationship to the views and site are important.
